The cover we have runs around $4,000 to replace and is designed to support the weight of an adult and prevent drowning. That&#8217;s why the pool is covered in the off season, to protect people.<\/p>\n<p>These rocks and pieces of concrete had fairly sharp edges.\u00a0The cover is mesh and could have been damaged to the point it would rip if someone were to fall into it. As most of you remember, we do have people jumping the pool fence from time to time.
