We will be working on a sewer line on Monday, March 13, in the common area in front of West Creek Lane.<\/p>\n

We will be using a back hoe because the 4″ sewer line from the home takes about\u00a0 a 10 foot decline to the larger 6″ sewer lines. We have hand dug the area as far as possible and now require mechanization. We will be taking out a section of sidewalk because the sewer line runs right under it.<\/p>\n

The area is fenced off and we ask that residents steer clear of the area until we can complete repairs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
