Jerry Hopper was re-elected to a 3 year term and please welcome our new Board Officers:

• David Barksdale – President
• Keith Brown – Vice President
• Robbie Jamison – Secretary
• Henry Lopez – Treasurer

We will be having our Annual Meeting in the Office on Thursday, March 28th, at 7 PM.

Election packets were sent to all homeowners. Please send in either your Absentee ballot or Proxy as soon as possible.

If you plan on attending the Annual Meeting, you can vote there.

The 2023 Texas Legislature enacted some changes to the Texas Property Code chapter 209 that require us to have a schedule of fines and types of violations.  This went into effect on January 1, 2024. The majority of the Board of Directors voted to approve these changes to the policy.

As our Fine policy states we need to notify owners by a community-wide publication that changes were made, we did so by placing notices on each property.

These changes will not take effect until 10 days after the notices were distributed or January 22, 2024.

The Office and Maintenance will be closed on Monday, January 1, 2024.

We will not pick up trash until Tuesday, January 2nd.

The Office and Maintenance will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 23rd and 24th. We will have a small crew come in on Friday to pick up trash.  Please do not put trash out on Thursday; notices were placed on every property earlier this week.

The Office and Maintenance will return on Monday, November 27th.

Both the Office and Maintenance will be off on Memorial Day, May 29th.

There will be no trash pickup on Monday, May 29th; we will pick up trash on Tuesday, May 30th.

As of today at 11:30 AM, the Pool inspector has not been out, meaning we cannot open until we pass the inspection.

We are ready but must wait for the City inspector’s approval. If it does not happen today, it may be early next week.

Please join us in welcoming 2 new Board members, Mr. Henry Lopez, and Mr. Keith Brown! They both joined the Board on April 20, 2023.

Following the resignation of John Moreno on April 6th, we had his term to fill out (thru 2025) with a new member, Henry Lopez.  John has been on the Board for almost 18 years and we thank him for his service to our community.

Secondarily, we had only one person run in 2022 although there were two positions to fill. So, we have been down one member since that time.  We, therefore, appointed Keith Brown to fill out that term, also ending in 2025.
